F.M.U. Examinations

Welcome to the F.M.U. Examination Department - this will be your resource page for all of the Functional Diagnostic Medicine Training Program Examinations.

We have 10 module examinations in total that you will be required to take and pass in order to receive the Functional Medicine University's "Certification In Functional Diagnsotic Medicine".

Passing these 10 examinations will also allow you to be part of our online referral network.

There will be individual examinations set up for modules 1 through 10. You will be examined on all of the training material in these modules.

You will find a link below to an "F.M.U. Examination Orientation" page which has a short video showing you how to take the examinations. You MUST watch this video before attempting to take an examination. You will also find below links to individual pages that will be set up as each examination is uploaded to our F.M.U. Online Testing site.
